Dotsy Lamb is a comfortable amateur sleuth. By that I mean that she does he sleuthing in a way that isn’t intrusive but makes those that she is working with comfortable answering her questions without always realized they are giving her a clue. I liked the setting and I love the interesting layout of surprises on the mountain. It was a good mystery and I will read more by this author.
I had an awesome day signing books at Book World in Albert Lea. The manager, Sharon,
had a beautiful table set up with my books, a picture of me and a bowl of candy. And…the best part was a big Valentine heart that she called mystery candy especially for me. Of course I didn’t eat all of it there, it is sitting next to my bed for candy while I read. Thank you Book World and Sharon. It was so much fun and I met so many nice people.
