Review: Ending Evil

Ending Evil
Ending Evil by Vickie McKeehan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the final book in the Evil Secrets Trilogy. I read all three right in a row because they kept me up at night reading anxious to see what would happen. The author drew me into the book by making me care about her characters, digging deep into their background helping the reader understand why their actions were driven by their past. This book has violence and sex but don’t let that make you shy away from a good mystery with twists and turns. Each character has a darkness in their life that must be healed. How they chose to do it may surprise the reader.

Review: Deeper Evil

Deeper Evil
Deeper Evil by Vickie McKeehan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the second book in the Trilogy. Each book highlights a different couple and tells their story. I loved the first book and the second one did not disappoint me. It kept me up at night reading and led me deeper into the lives of the characters. It left me wanting more and I had to immediately download the third book in the Trilogy. I love series that finish up part of the story and lead you into more detail of another story. This book does have sex and violence in it.

Review: Just Evil

Just Evil
Just Evil by Vickie McKeehan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the first book I have read by Vickie McKeehan. Usually I am a Cozy Reader person so I wasn’t sure I would like this book. I tentatively read the first few pages and it drew me in and had me hooked. Around every corner were twists and turns that were unexpected. An author when writing needs their readers to care about the characters and Ms McKeehan does that. The ending was unexpected setting us up for the next book and leaving a reader wanting more. I immediately downloaded the next book in the series. There is violence and sex in this book so it is not for the faint of heart. I enjoyed this entire series and I will read more of this authors works
