Review: Shaking in Her Flip Flops

Shaking in Her Flip Flops
Shaking in Her Flip Flops by Joyce Oroz
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I got this book because it was a free offering. I read this book because I couldn’t put it down. The name Josephine made me wonder if the book was something set in the historical error but it couldn’t be farther from that. Josephine is a talented, snoopy painter with an array of friends that make you want to be a part of this circle of friends and family. It has you wondering why in the world someone would trust picking up someone along the side of the road and take them home, but that is what Josephine does which leads her into a mysterious world of weird characters, murder and trouble with the law. Just when you think you have this mystery figured out the author throws in another curve for you to follow. And follow it I did. I didn’t see the ending coming. I laughed, I held my breath and I kept on reading long into the night. I will go so far as to say I loved this book and can’t wait to pick up another one that I bought that is on my kindle by this author. Oh, and I love Flip Flops.
